To be eligible for the Seed Capital Pitch Competition, presented by Wells Fargo, you must be a registered member of the Good Soil HQ community. If you are not already a member, please sign up at www.goodsoilforum.com/goodsoilapp. Membership is free and provides access to a robust network of entrepreneurial resources, mentorship opportunities, and access-to-capital pathways. All communications—including status updates, finalist announcements, and next steps—will be delivered exclusively through the Good Soil HQ App.

the Official Submission Form

Submit your application via the official competition portal powered by Hello Alice at https://app.helloalice.com/grants/seed-capital-pitch-competition. Please note: You must also create a free account on the Hello Alice platform if you are not already a member.

Prepare Your Submission Materials

Carefully review the competition criteria and compile all required materials, including:

  • A concise business overview
  • A clear growth and impact strategy
  • An articulation of funding needs and intended use of capital

Submissions should demonstrate your venture’s scalability, market positioning, and alignment with Good Soil’s mission of empowering undercapitalized entrepreneurs.

Important Deadlines

All pitch submissions must be received by Friday, May 23, 2025, at 6:00 PM ET.
Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.

Semifinalists will be announced on May 28, 2025. Finalists will be invited to deliver live pitches during the 2025 Good Soil Forum, presented by Wells Fargo, taking place in Dallas, TX from June 12–14, 2025.

Please note: Finalists must be present at the Good Soil Forum, presented by  to remain eligible for final prize consideration.
