All sales are final. Good Soil events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted. In the rare case of a cancellation due to hazardous conditions, we will communicate next steps directly to all ticket holders.

Please note:

  • All speakers, programming, dates, times, and locations are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refunds will not be issued in the event of a speaker or attraction being removed from the lineup.

If an event is cancelled or postponed and a new date is not announced within 30 days, you may contact us through our support portal to inquire about a potential refund. Any instructions, deadlines, or limitations regarding refunds will be shared by Good Soil or our ticketing partner, Prekindle.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivery fees for printed tickets (if applicable) are also non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the event’s originally scheduled date unless otherwise specified.

Prekindle, our official ticketing partner, assists in processing and reviewing all refund claims. Final decisions on refund eligibility rest with Good Soil and will be considered binding.

If you purchased Booking Protection with your order, please refer to your confirmation email for instructions on how to request a refund due to qualifying circumstances. Booking Protection fees are non-refundable and subject to separate terms and conditions, including COVID-19-specific coverage.

    Yes, food will be available during the event. For all guests, this includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Our food truck vendors include G Texas Catering, Smokin Ace BBQ, Brick and Ember, Carpenter's Mobile Bistro, and So Icy, offering a variety of cuisines, including seafood, BBQ, pizza, American cuisine, and desserts. VIP, Premier, and Legacy Circle guests can access exclusive dining opportunities.
