The 2025 Good Soil Forum’s Transformation Agenda sets a strategic framework for driving meaningful, systemic change within Black-owned businesses and communities. This year’s theme embodies a unified commitment to long-term, impactful growth by aligning resources, priorities, and partnerships around a bold vision of inclusivity, collaboration, and sustainability. By defining core values and a clear vision, the Transformation Agenda serves as a guide for decision-making that fosters economic resilience and social impact.
Focused on key objectives such as improving operational efficiency, encouraging innovation, and building capacity, the agenda promotes the development of adaptive and resilient systems that can thrive amidst change. Emphasizing the power of collaborative partnerships, this framework unites diverse sectors and industries to address systemic challenges and create pathways to shared prosperity. Through measurable goals and transparent communication, the Transformation Agenda ensures that Black entrepreneurs and their communities can lead, adapt, and grow for generations to come.
The Good Soil Movement was a socially-sown seed of an idea that brought together a small group of leaders for a season. Good Soil Forum is now a platform devoted to growing, impacting, and scaling under-resourced small businesses across the country.
